Our tour packages generally include private AC vehicle transportation (with driver, fuel, and highway taxes), hotel pickup and drop-off, and a professional English-speaking guide. Exclusions typically cover food, drinks, entrance fees, tips, souvenirs, and personal expenses.
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking confirmation for day tours. Cancellation policies vary by tour length:
Day Tours: Cancel 3 days prior for a 50% refund; no refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours.
Multi-Day Tours: A 70% fee applies for cancellations made 7 days or less before the event, and a 100% fee applies for cancellations made 1 day or less before.
Yes, we offer discounted rate packages when you combine the Dhaka City Tour (TH01) and the Sonargaon Day Tour (TH02) together. Pricing varies depending on whether you are traveling as a single traveler, a 2-person group, or a 3-person group.
Our tours allow a maximum of 10 people per booking group. Please note that our tours are not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Infants are not permitted to sit on laps, and infant safety seats are unavailable.
Traffic conditions in major cities like Dhaka and Delhi can be very heavy. Itineraries or timing may change due to local traffic conditions, and guests may occasionally need to walk or use local transport to save time. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
